i did icp analysis to a prepared chitosan hydrogel loaded with calcium and phosphorus ions the concentration was as following

Chitosan powder (0·25g) was dissolved in acetic acid solution (1%, 25ml), then stirred at 80°C for 2 h and finally left to cool to room temperature. Following this, the solution was loaded with inorganic ions by mixing chitosan solution (960ml), sodium hydrogen phosphate solution (15ml, 0·1M) and calcium chloride solution (25ml, 0·1M)

the ICP results shows thes number of calcium ions 100 mg/L and phosphorus 30 mg/L

how to make sure that the concentration of ions is right ?
