How to calculate how many time a certain medicine ( calcium-potassium inhibitor ) has to be given daily from the graph and the IC50 ?

Basically, I am making a drug formulation and looking to understand after getting the dose requui for the patient, when is the next time the patient needs to take again this dose ? from the log [M] agains concentration graph, I’ve been told that I need to find the IC10 and IC100.
