The stopping range, lateral straggling, longitudinal straggling can be calculated from SRIM TRIM but what will be the enegry deposition depth ?
In the attached pdf fig-1 . 'a' is the energy deposition depth, sigma and mu are the longitudinal nd lateral straggling respectively.

thank you sir, I read it but I didn't get any idea what is the energy deposition depth, I know range , projected range, straggling, though these are known there is still confusion about ion deposition depth, it is below and less than the ion range , but what is the accurate calculation plz let me know.
If I understand you corretly, you want to know the centre of the energy deposition, and use the longitudinal straggling to get the distribution.
I guess you could use SRIM tutorial #4 Damage to targets and calculate the total energy distribution longitudianally by adding all contributions. Then you will be able to obtain the deposition depth.

I use TRIM often to determine the energy distribution for protons and alpha particles in detector materials, and also other ions when needed. On the side bar, marked ionization, you can bring up the ionization distribution that will produce a Bragg ionization curve. The y axis yields the average energy lost as a function of position x. If you want specific ion loss, you must sample only one particle, because the result from TRIM otherwise yields the average energy lost.
Energy lost to phonons is shown if you bring up that graph, and the energy lost to recoils is shown if you bring up that graph.
You can export these results into an output file and integrate the data as needed.
The attached files above from William's answer should be of assistance, especially Tutorial 4.
As for the average ion depth, you should expect to observe a Gaussian distribution, where the average will always be less than the maximum range.
