I am using a 4-point probe method to measure the resistance of a sample of my nanofibers. For a bulk material, I understand there is a simple equation to calculate the electrical conductivity based on the dimensions of the sample and the resistance I measure, but for a sheet of nanofibers, since it is not 100% solid, I am wondering how I could quantify that and incorporate into my measurement. I've seen a lot of papers that reported the electrical conductivity and the fact that they used the 4-point probe method, but no information is shared on how they approached calculating the values.

You can try use dielectric spectrometer. You can calculate not only electrical conductivity (AC and DC from for example Jonscher's power law) but also you can determine changes in wide frequency range. I used this technique to calculate electrical conductivity of nanographite synthesized by electrochemical exfoliation.
This is very good technique for determinig dielectric properties and electrical conductivity of disordered solids, for example sample in which you have nanofibers with good electrical conductivity and boundariy of these fibers with bigger resistance. Moreover, in 4-point probe method you can determine only conductivity on the surface of the sample, but using of dielectric spectroscopy allow to determine bulk properties of material and interaction between nanofibers, in your case.
