Just follow the package guide available on CRAN. I think that your main problem is how your data must bes structred to carry such analysis?

One option would be use the esc R-package which is used to calculate the desired effect size first. The functions from this packages return a list with esc class attribute. Using the combine_esc function you can combine each study's calculated effect size into a data.frame . The data.frame is then finally used as argument in the function you plan to use from the metafor package.
