Bode Plot is the plot between the mod of the FRF function to the frequency and phase of FRF function to the frequency. In your case the FRF will be the accelerance or inertance FRF. You need to decompose the FRF and from the decomposed plots you can compute the damping factors (Follow the book Zhi Fang Fu - Modal Analysis). I guess this will help.
