When using the Specific Heat Capacity ,the following equation provides the temperature change: (T2-T1) = IIRt /(mc) I-Current V-Voltage R-Electrical Resistance t-Time m-Mass of the material c- Specific heat of that material (T2-T1) - Change in Temperature

I need assistance in finding example of on shelf resistor with m and c.

Accordingly ,to calculate the temperature change, and the required time duration the resistor will be driven this current in order to achieve this delta in temperature.
