How to calculate bacterial load from the PCR amplification product of 16S rDNA obtained from mouse faecal pellets ?

Gut microbiome study requires the quantification of bacterial load before and after antibiotic treatment. for which DNA is isolated from faeces. It would be grateful if the calculation could be simplified for the same purpose.
