To me this is very similar to the potential energy in a piezoelectric beam where the exact differential is
dV = TdS + EdD
where V is the potential energy, T the stress S the strain (resp. sigma and epsilon in Eq. (3) ), and E and D are respectively the electric field and electric displacement field (the later is related to the polarization of the piezoelectric under the field E).
The integral over the volume in Eq. 3 is here to take the total energy stored in the volume of the beam.
So by analogy, assuming low frequencies or static fields, the term you outline is the total magnetic energy in the beam H is the magnetic field and B the magnetic induction field.
