How to Calculate AUDPC for a 5 year data of VSD disease of cacao to use in GWAS analysis?

I have disease scores ranging from 0-4 (resistance to susceptibility) scored every month from 2015-2019. I was wondering if anyone could help me with designing a formula for calculating AUDPC to use in GWAS analysis.
