How to calculate area from maxent generated output ArcGIS?

Hello, friends. Currently, I am working on species distribution modelling using maxent. I have run the model using occurrence and climate data from WorldClim. Now I want to calculate the suitability area. In ArcGIS, I have reclassified the output from Maxent (ascii file to raster) into four categories: unsuitable, low, moderate, and high suitability. However, when I multiplied the count by the XY cell size and divided by 1000000, the result was very low because the XY cell size is 0.083333333. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone could help me with what to do or what the resolution of 2.5 arc minutes in metres is because I have 2.5 minutes of WorldClim data. Kindly note that my analysis covers the whole world.
