I have estimated the protein concentrations in my cell samples by using ELISA. I have used 10 ug of total protein in all wells for all samples. I have got concentrations of my target proteinX in the range of 200-900 pg/ml .
Now I want to represent this data as my protein X/mg of total protein. How should I do these calculations?

As you have determined only the specific, but not the total protein, you can't. If you have sample left, you could determine the total protein, this can be done even if the sample is in Laemli-buffer (DOI:10.1006/abio.1994.1595, DOI:10.1016/S0003-2697(03)00255-0).

Suppose you obtain A pg/ml of your protein of interest X for 10ug total protein.
Then the protein X will be represented as 100 x A /mg of total protein.
Because you obtained A pg/ml in 10 ug of total protein. So per mg of total protein your protein X will be 100 x A pg/ml.
