If u mean that you have to get all these things in a single layer then u can join them. Or if you mean anything else then elaborate what you are doing, their is a model builder option available in arcgis 10.1

I think your question is no so clear.

If you refers to "Data Model" you must to learn about data modelling that means a lot of know-how like "Relational Data Base Modelling" and "Geospatial Data Modelling" following the current standards like iso 19103- 19107. It also means you must know about Object Oriented modelling using UML diagrams and notation. 

I am not sure if you have a complete modelling tools in ArcGIS but ESRI produced several books about geospatial modelling in their particular way, that are much easier to follow than  learning everything that a GIS modeller have to really know, those are:

etc. 

Anyway, you must consider that those books are product oriented to ArcGIS and they do not tell you the complete truth about Geospatial Modelling
