I want to know apart from autoclave which is just for sterilizing, what are other options that I can use to clean the 1cm*1cm Ti-alloy sheets which coated by bio-ceramic, before doing the cell culture and the Cytotoxicity test.
I think the people in our lab would have encouraged you to come up with a sterilization procedure and done a quick test of effectiveness. I couldn't direct you without knowing how or if the heat of an autoclave affects your bio-ceramic. What other devices/chemicals do you have at your disposal? Would ultrasonic cleaning in 70% alcohol work, for instance? You should do the test and add to your knowledge and understanding of how sterilization works and how it affects your material, especially if you are working with the goal of a practical application for your ceramic metal material.
to clean the surface you can use a special detergent (eg. detergent for medical devices ) in ultrasonic bath and than multiple rinses with pure water and for sterilization RX (gamma irradiation)
