I used EIS to determine the impedance spectra of my nanopatterned PEDOT electrode.
The EIS measurement was performed in a phosphate buffered solution, and I'm trying to fit this data to an equivalent circuit. I have tried different circuits, but the data does not fit very well. Any advice on how to better fit my data?
Frankly, your PEDOT:PSS EIS does look a bit oddly. How long was the equilibration time before the EIS measurement? Is the measurement done at OCP as base potential? What are the parameters of your experiment?

Your first course of action must be to re-scale real and imaginary axes and make them on equal level. Only then you can get a better fit..
