I used the glutaraldehyde to cross-linked two different amino group compound to be my vector to transfected the cell.
Here, I have a serious problem, I cannot resolve.
After transfection, I cannot distinguish the GFP signal because of autofluorescence.
You can see two picture, It cannot make me know which one is GFP signal .
I ensure one is no DNA just vector to be control and another is vector with DNA.

I still have a concern about our picture.
In your case , It is use glutaraldehyde or aldehyde to fix so the tissue have autofluorescence.
But in our case, we use the glutaraldehyde vector to make the cell assimilate.
I can not sure your suggest can work.
