Hey guys, I have some problems with dry transfer method we use recently, PC film(10%)always detach from PDMS even at 80°C, as you can see from attached image, does anyone know the reason? It seems not a coincidence because I have tried so many PC/PDMS stamps and ALL FAILED.

Hi Robert, thank your for the reply. First, 'Dry Transfer' is the way we use to fabricate van der waals heterostructure. The most famous 'Magic angle graphene' is realized in this way. We use a 'stamp' to pick up a 2D material(graphene, TMD et al.) and put it on top of another 2D material in order to stack them, wo often repeat this several times. The 'stamp' is composed by a poly(bisphenol A carbonate) (PC)/polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) stack on a glass slide. PC, short for polycarbonate, we make it by disolving bisphenol A carbonate in Chloroform at a concentration of 10%.
Okay🥸, so how to make PDMS and PC film stick together more firmly? We tried oxygen plasma on PDMS but it seems useless
Fine…, could give me some suggestions, about avoiding detach of PDMS/PC?
