Dear researchers,

i'm currently preparing a master in urban hydrology on the modelling of a combined sewer system with a national company which bought MIKE URBAN DHI MOUSE and I'm actually stuck with the problem of calibrating automatically the model that i already built (subbasins, conduits, junctions, singularities).Besides, i also imported the stations as a shapefile.

My teacher explained to me that parameters that we have to change iteratively if we do a manual calibration (by trial and error) are the ones of the hydrological model (runoff generation and runoff routing), the hydraulic model, initial losses and the CSOs. But he also told me that MOUSE was able to do all these time-consuming steps automatically.

I would really appreciate if you could please help me concerning the steps to follow or the functions to use in MIKE in order to calibrate the model automatically so that the observed data (flow and water depth from the sensors in the sewer system) pretty match the simulated one. I read all the manual but i didn't find a clear answer to this question.

Thank you very much in advance,

BENHAMMADI Rima.
