this is the hard part about LNA design! If you go for minimum NF the input match can be difficult depending on where Sopt is. The way I like to handle this is by setting optimization goals in ADS and you an then let some computer algorithms try different values to meet your goals and you can try to compromise on both S11 and S21 to obtain reasonable values.
