I am struggling to attach FACS-sorted PDX cells onto the glass coverslips, for further downstream experiments like immuno-stainings and RNA FISH. Can someone help?
So if I understand correctly you want to sort cells, culture them for a while and then stain them. I am not too familiar with the specific cells you described but maybe plating the sorted cells in chamber slides might be an option ?
I think these slides are coated so your cells should adhere, when you are done you can fix them, take of the wells and do immuno. If attachment remains an issue you can try extra coating with for example Poly-Lysine/Fibronectin/ Gelatin or Collagen.
