I have designed an antenna which is implanted in skin phantom at a distance of 4mm.What I need to find is gain plot,axial ratio plots.I have assigned normal airbox but while simulating it shows a warning like solved solid body is present.Can you suggest me !!

The airbox must not touch the skin box!
Set the radiation box dimensions at a distance of lambda/4 from every side of the antenna. For more details, please read the attached communication

I've gone through their work but they have mentioned that the work was verified using CST voxel model. But what I need to find is how to plot far field reports for such skin phantom models that too in HFSS software.

I've assigned radiation box considering a distance more than lambda/4 from every side, but, when simulation is done the s11 plot is as uploaded below.
Yellow coloured sweep is with radiation box.
Kindly suggest me a solution.

Yes Sir, that is what I have mentioned all the imported one's in the plot are plotted without considering radiation box,i.e, plot is obtained considering skin dielectric properties.
You need to consider both the skin box and the air box. The antenna is placed inside the skin box and the skin box is placed inside the radiation box. Take a look in the figure below from the following published paper
