Hi, I'm currently in process of conducting a pooled analysis study. As far as I know, this study does not regard weigh studies according to sample sizes, unlike meta-analysis. However, I've seen several pooled analysis studies reporting heterogeneity between studies. How do we conduct heterogeneity assessments of such study? Which parameter should be utilized (e.g. i2 value) and which software to use?
