I am setting up Cyclic voltammetry with Ag/AgCl electrode, glassy carbon electrode and Pt wire elctrode.
But, I don't know that how to apply internal standard.
I know that to do CV in an organic solvent, Fc/Fc+ couple should be used.
I will analyze 0.1mM sample(analyte) in 0.1M TBAPF6 for electrolyte and dichloromethane for solvent to get HOMO/LUMO.
Should I put ferrocene in the sample solution I want to analze?
And if i have to put ferrocene in the solution, how much is good to put in?
If I don't add ferrocene, is it correct to calculate it by by the following equaion?
E=-4.8-(Eredox-Efc)
For calibration of your ref electrode you can record CV's of your standard alone. Dichloromethane is a bad t solvent for electrochemistry. You need to add 3-19 % CH3CN

Step 1: Run the blank by using supporting electrolyte + solvent + Ferrocene and record the CV.
Step2: Add your sample in the same ferrocene-electrolyte mixture as prepared in step 1 and run the CV. (i.e. sample + electrolyte + solvent + ferrocene)
For 10 mM sample, 1 mM ferrocene is good enough. It is better to use acetonitrile as a solvent.
