How to apply formulas by grid cell using different datasets in R?

I have two different dataset, I need to compute a split using these different objects, per grid cell in a raster in the R. One of the datasets contains the cells of my grid, the other contains the numerator of the equation.

How could the command be made?

Hi Anna Karoline Azevedo Farias you might wanna take a look at the raster package. Once a raster is loaded the cells can be referenced by row, col like a matrix. Then you can use any function to process these cells.
