How to apply coupling for Biomechanics based FSI problem?

Dear Friends/ Researchers,

I would like to study about FSI problem in Biomechanical domain, in particular I request your suggestions for choosing software/ solver and limitation of OpenFOAM and LS dyna coupling. Basically the study is Multiphysics (solid fluid interaction) Jelly Capsule in between two solid body, how should be a good approach for the case.

COMSOL Multiphysics would be a good choice to simulate bio-mechanic or hemodynamic processes as it's simple to couple the using the feature Fluid-Solid-Interaction there.
