It might not be a good idea to present non significant results using graphs. We present only that information in graph which needs to show differences. Writing the non-significant in results might be a good idea.
1- Use t-test to identify the statistical differences b/w your transgenic plants and WT, and use asterik if you find any sig differences. In case of non-sig results, see the answer by @Uzair Khan.
2- Sometime transgenic plants cannot be the desired mutants and can behave like WT. So confirm their mutagenicity as well, along with their transgenicity.
