Hi everyone, I'm looking for a bit of help. Had a field practice where I got a lot of seeds and have been opening to find pre-dispersal predation and how that correlates to the surface area of the seeds and its weight. The thing is, every seed has these values plus a 0 or a 1 if it has predation or not. I tried separating the seeds by classes and putting how many of them were damaged so the data could be visualized in a graphic but my teacher said I shouldn't be doing that. So I ask, what is a possible way to analyze this data, considering I can't really correlate the areas and weights with 0s and 1s? Thanks for the help in advance!
