I am a postgraduate student in Indonesia, actively research about PBMC in tumor microenvironment modelling. I have to know that my compound has toxicity or not in PBMC, so I analyze using WST-1, but I've got some problem. The absorbance of vehicle (medium without PBMC) was high enough, more than the absorbance of PBMC's control, so I can't make a viability curve normally. I wanna ask to your help to solve my problem, thanks in advance..
