Should I sentrifuge the solution of AgNPs ( just synthesis by silver nitrate and methanolic natural extract), then remove the filtrate and use the pellet to dilute into various concentration (ex. 10, 20, 30 ppm)?

Yes. After synthesize the AgNPs, centrifuge the solution to get the pellet and the dry the NP at 40 degree or at room temperature. Then you can prepare the stock solution using dry powdered nanoparticles and can prepare different concentrations from the stock
Okay thank you for answering, then does in every solution contained by synthesized AgNPs always form a precipitation which can be observed by eyes directly? or the precipitation is only formed after centrifuge the solution of synthesized AgNPs?
