How to add triglycerides and phosphatidylcholine to cells in vitro?

I would like to add a triglyceride solution and phosphatidylcholine to adherent cancer cells in serum-free media in order to study the short-term effects (~48 hrs). Can anyone suggest the best vehicle and/or protocol for doing so?
