I had a bad experience in publishing one of my papers in the International Journal of Engineering Research and Technology (IJERT). the editor in chief is very bad his name Ram Anand. After receiving the fees he never replies to your inquiries. I published my paper on dec-2019, now its the end of Aug-2020, and the paper doesn't appear in the Scopus database. I sent him many emails but no reply at all. then I start searching for a solution and I found a service in this link:

https://service.elsevier.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14595/c/14681/supporthub/scopuscontent/

where you can add request to add missing documents or even citations.

therefore, if you have such a problem you can solve it by your self even it is the job of a publisher.

by the way, they accept my paper within less than 24 hours and they ranked as Q3 Scopus. the publisher's name is International Research Publication House. http://www.irphouse.com , so be careful before you publish with those money seekers journal.
