I have two publications one listed in the web of science master list " European Online Journal of Natural and Social Sciences " ISSN: 1805-3602 and Second " Journal of Managerial Sciences"
ISSN: 1992-4364, Listed on HEC Pakistan in Y category.
Need your advice and suggestions.
I think it is not possible for users to add journal names manually. If the publication is listed in the Web of Science, maybe you can try to send a mail to ResearcGate, with the names of the publications.

At the top right hand corner of your ResearchGate page, you will see a link (highlighted in blue) with the words '+Add new'. Click on that and enter the details of your publications following the instructions provided.

I agree with Hasanain Faisal Ghazi that we cannot add journals manually in researchgate database. I recently tried to do it manually on RG but didn’t succeed, the journal was on Web of science database.
The RG doesn't accept requests to manually add journals to its database as it imports journal data from CrossRef only.
The usual answer given by RG support team is: If your journal isn't visible in the drop-down menu, it's not in our database. We're not currently adding journals to our database by request, but this may change in the future.

I was so surprised that there were journals that RG did not recognise. This has also been discussed elsewhere at this time:

Anton Vrdoljak, here, and also in the other discussion linked above, was told that RG's reason is for not adding journals to their database. I wonder what their reason is? I think people will look at this quite negatively.
It may be that a journal that is not on their database may be the only place that a researcher has been published.
I have written a similar response in the other current RG discussion.
But I don't know even if a large number of RG members join in, whether it will change their minds. I wonder what they mean by 'not currently'?
I think every request for the inclusion of a new journal should be looked at as a separate case, surely?
