I have started working on ns2, and I want to implement a research paper's routing protocol on ns2.(code not available)
Description of the protocol: Unicast routing protocol, calculation of nodes positions required, calculation of link quality required.
In the protocol, I am supposed to forward packets based on link quality.
I have no idea about this implementation on ns2.(But i have little bit knowledge on ns2 simulation & c++)
can anyone tell me how I can implement this.
I am ok with even changing the simulator ( in that case can you recommend me a suitable free simulator)
