I would prefer if answers contain actual model reference materials or ANSYS Workbench or Abaqus CAE input information. Type of contacts between surfaces greatly affect the analysis output of our model and decreasing them can help a lot because in reinforced concrete model connections between main bars and stirrups are many in number. I am also open to answers regarding models with reinforcement bars provided. Accurately providing stirrups and main rebar is also one of the headaches i faced in modeling a reinforced concrete frame. Thank you in advance for the concern you give to my question.
In ANSYS APDL , its very easy by consider the smeared reinforcement and define it as volumetric ratio in real constant of soilid65.
As Bahaa Al-Abbas said, you can using ANSYS APDL to modeling the concrete with Solid65 element and the smear reinforcement.
If you use ANSYS Workbench, you can using some command APDL to define the concrete and smear reinforcement.

SOLID65 has a well know relation with concrete material in ansys APDL/workbench (through commands). however the convergence issues associated with SOLID65 element and the mesh sensitivity of the CONCRETE/SOLID65 combination was one of the motivations for moving to the Microplane model that tracks the softening behavior of the concrete as it fails, without having to track individual cracks. The microplane model with a newer CPT215 element delivered Force - Displacement results that had no significant mesh sensitivity, and agreed very well with the experimental data. They are comparing the results of the old method using SOLID65 with the new micro-plane model with current technology elements.

Please in apdl how can i model top and bottom reinforcement using smeared method ( top reinforcement differs than bottom)
