How the intact peptide could be extracted from tricine gel which is coomassie stained and fixated using glutaraldehyde?

Is it possible to obtain the fixated and stained target peptide from tricine gel matrix in destained and SDS-free form after separation? It was fixated by 5%glutaraldehyde prior to staining and visualisation.
