How the data stream ( QPSK or QAM symbols ) in the transmitter created for the MU- mimo in the massive mimo ? and how the symbols are multiplied by the precoding matrix? for example, we have 30 transmitting antennas in the Basestation, 10 active users so you have 10 streams per user and each stream contained 10 symbols so How can allocate the stream(data symbol ) to a specific user in the transmitter when using matlab? and how the multiplication by the precoding matrix accomplished to generated the transmitted signal?

In short, all signals are transmitted from all base station antennas. That is the core thing with Massive MIMO. Let M be the number of antennas and K the number of users.
Precoding matrix: P has dimension M x K.
Signal vector (at one symbol time): s has dimension K x 1
You then generate the transmitted signal by the matrix-vector multiplication Ps. You repeat the same operation for every symbol time in your transmission block, where P is constant but s changes.
