Some questions. Do you want to have high adhesion or low? I think Mo and Al are different systems, like surface of Al are strong oxidized, Mo -not. Al has high temperature coefficient   of expansion - Mo TCE  is smaller. I think this parameter is more important than adhesion. Please, formulate your question more detail. Can you before polymerization treat surface?
