Now i see through my experience in teaching in several colleges in espically in bangalore i see more of the undergraduate students are not mostly not properly mentored in chartestic goal during there school times.
Second after they come to college there is no realization from the student that gaining knowledge and scoring merit is more important than just marks Even if given by faculty or so gain feedback
Secondly private institute mainly depend on the fees of students to pay to faculty implies
Faculty is indirectly is a paid employees of the students family
Then how can a faculty do justice in a job in which his job is dependent on the money of the person who wants the degree itself
And feedback is taken from them itself rather teaching is judged by a sent of experts in teaching and the tutor if knowledged steps to improve his teaching ability by telling him his faults in teaching is not made.
As a teacher more than my family i sacrifice my life to my students , my gurus , my coalleges in many places i worked and think no one is an enemy to me and i make all happy by helping them with what i can with my knowledge
Only thing i see in this world such teachers are not for respect
And i as i suffer from some sickness i am in no position to go away from my family and others and work
Need suggestions from great great great teachers and others how i should face this world being true and working correctly under this health
And have a family without troubled waters
