How should I treat A549 cells with Pseudomonas LPS?

I am trying to treat A549 cells with Pseudomonas LPS to stimulate antimicrobial peptide expression. How should I go about this? I am not sure where to start or what to do.

Just extract LPS from your Pseudomonas, dilute it and treat your cells.
