I recently received reviewer comments stating that I should have linked the software system I was proposing in the paper. The source code for this system exists on GitHub with my name on it and since the conference was using a double blind review process, I took out links to the GitHub repo.
How should I approach this in the future?

Len Leonid Mizrah thank you for responding, but I didn't mean to ask "how do blind people write code?"
A double blind review means the author cannot know who the reviewers are, and the reviewers cannot know who the author is. If I provide a link to my GitHub project in the paper, the reviewer will know who I am and the review will no longer be double blind. I want to know how to avoid this.

But depending not the size of the code this is what I have done:
- Added a link for reviews to a downloadable zip file.
- A Promise, in the first submission, to add the proper link in the camera-ready.
