How should I calculate Average value of PSD over pre-defined sub-bands?

I have to extract frequency domain features of Arrhythmia signals for their classification using Machine Learning algorithms.

I have calculated PSD of each wavelet coeff.

now, I need to know how should I calculate

AVG. VALUE of PSD Over PRE-DEFINED SUB-BANDS?

If you have extracted PSD for each wavelet, you already have a PSD function for "all" chosen frequencies.
