Dissertation Based on:Prediction of Chronic Diseases using Big Data.

My topic doesn't fall under the expertise of my guide as well as any other professor in my college and therefore I am really perplexed about how to proceed and I am in a very much need of guidance.

Please help out as I have very less time left .
