How to determine the appropriate dilution factor from this graph? My absorbance versus log (1/dilution factor) graph is linear till 1:100 dilution, not linear between 1:100 and 1:1000 dilution. What does it mean?
(This is for copper ion measurement in a leaching solution)

In the absence of chemical/physical complications Abs is expected to be a linear function of concentration. I suggest you start there and investigate what may be happening
