Hi, Sudhakar Pagal. Do you wish to calculate if the differentially expressed genes are significantly expressed when compared between groups? If you already have a p-value, just choose a FDR correction test, like Bonferroni Family-wise error rate, or Benjamini-Hochberg correction - multiple softwares can do that for you if yo have a p-value list. If you wish to see if the expression of a given set of genes is significant between datasets, the Jaccard Index could be useful.
