I think the priority is to combine online and offline in learning theory. We have to do cause we are not in the same age anymore. Like the freedom learning is become one of alternative to give change in our program school. Is mean every where, we can learn
School heads prioritize programs and projects based on their alignment with educational goals, student needs, curriculum enhancement, teacher development, infrastructure, technology integration, community engagement, budget constraints, government policies, and assessment, with a focus on creating an inclusive and conducive learning environment that meets the evolving demands of education. The overarching goal is to enhance student success and the overall quality of education provided.
School head teachers are charged with significant and sensitive responsibilities.
Definitely, they have to deal with legislation, paperwork and bureaucracy, enen in projects and programs.
Here in Greece, many head teachers tend to prioritise on programs that are done in many other schools or exchange programmes such as Erasmus, funded by the European Union.
The reason is that the pedagogical rationale is justified and they can be embedded in the school programme and syllabus. Otherwise teachers would need training, they would have to plan harder to implement and they would have to explain again and again why they do these projects and programs.
1. If the program or project will be able to support an existing operating system, or can help make essential changes to address and eventually close the gaps
2. If the program or project will be able to help provide justice in educating every student in terms of provisions and other learning supports whether on interventional, additional, or substantial level
3. If the program or project will be relevant to the life of the learners, and how this program or project will take the experiences of the students deeper, wider, and farther.
