Ceramic is always shrinking.how this shrinkage is compensated?
Shrinkage is the ceramic nature. If there is any evaporate elements in the ceramic, it will shrink. Some like BT doesn't shrink that much. So, I think its not compensate.
Depending upon the shrinkage correspondingly cast size May be increased as shrinkage of material is known before hand
Similarly occlusal distance may be increased to compensate shrinkage
May be you need material with huge thermal expansion and less shrinkage, for examples TiNi powder green body behaves that's way
