Does anyone know how many surgeries are rescheduled due to incorrect blood vessel identification in preoperative imaging studies?

I believe it has to do with the single institution imaging quality and the proper technique used (CT vs US or both).

In my work setting (CT pre-surgery with marking and US in OR) we have very few such cases reported. If interested I can see for exact numbers.
