Hello all,

As you probably know pressure can be calculated using p=rho*c_s^2. This expression can be redefined as the popular form of ideal gas equation of state as p= rho*R* T(temperature). So My question is that how this equation can be used for liquid or gases (not necessarily ideal gas) in different temperatures and thermal flows in which temperature gradient exists. To my knowledge, this equation (p= rho*R* T) is valid only for a few number of gases in a limited range of temperature.
