At least XRD can be performed in situ in liquid phase, check the internet and you'll find many examples. The crucial points are the parasitic absorption by the solvent (than can be circumvented by using higher X-ray energies), and the finite length of the X-ray path in the solution, which will lead to a peak broadening, that can however be deconvoluted from the data. In terms of SEM and TEM - there are so-called "environmental" SEMs on the market, working under a low pressure of the liquid (several mbar). If this is feasible with your samples, then try to find and instrument in your "neighborhood" (country) and contact the peaople ... Good luck, Dirk

Samples of XRD, and SEM should be well-grinded, followed by 200 C to remove any adsorbed water. The same thing for TEM followed by washing with acetone, and dried in oven for the same reason of XRD, and TEM, besides having good dispersion for Ag before it's already dispersed in TEM's sample preparation

XRD part was explained by Dirk Luetzenkirchen-Hecht . As for TEM and SEM you can use standard drop cast method. Take a TEM grid with carbon film. Put a drop of liquid with suspended particles on it. From its side carefully bloat it with a filter paper to remove excess of liquid. Let it air dry for an hour. You can use similarly prepared grids for both TEM and SEM. For SEM just put a double coated carbon sticky tape on a stub and place a grid on it. Environmental SEM can not help you because is will show only the surface layer of a liquid. And of course, no grinding, no ovens.
