Dear researchers,

Hi,

We synthesized alumina nanoparticles using algae extract. the produced nanoparticles calcinated at 1200 C inorder to obtain stable alpha Al2O3 nanoparticles. suprisingly the SEM and TEM images reveal good quality of dispersion and slight agglomeration!

generally, nanoparticle agglomerate at higher temperature. anyone can explain why we found littel growth of particles? is it related to organic moieties present in algae extract?
